Request for Disclosure of Non-Public Registration Data

Our registrar is committed to complying with ICANN's Registration Data Policy. If you are authorized to request access to non-public registration data (for example, law enforcement, legal process, or other legitimate purposes), please follow the procedure below.

1. Eligibility

Disclosure Requests will be considered if submitted by authorized parties, such as:

  • Law enforcement agencies with legal authority
  • Courts or arbitration panels (e.g., UDRP or legal proceedings)
  • ICANN or other accredited entities in accordance with policy

2. How to Submit a Request

Your request should include:

  • Name and contact information of the requester
  • Legal authority or justification for the request
  • Domain name(s) for which you are requesting data
  • Any relevant documentation (court order, legal process, or ICANN authorization)

3. Processing

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Verify your authorization and legal basis
  • Review the request according to ICANN policies
  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 15 business days)

4. Response

Approved requests will receive the non-public registration data via secure means. Requests that are incomplete, unauthorized, or do not meet policy requirements may be denied, with explanation provided.
