Request for Disclosure of Non-Public Registration Data

MainReg Inc. is committed to complying with ICANN’s Registration Data Policy and applicable law. This page describes the mechanism and process for submitting requests for disclosure of non-public Registration Data (“Disclosure Requests”).

1. Purpose and Scope

Non-public Registration Data refers to registration data that is not publicly available via RDAP. Disclosure may be made only where a lawful and legitimate basis exists and where disclosure is permitted under applicable law and ICANN policy. Submission of a Disclosure Request does not guarantee disclosure.

Any individual or entity may submit a Disclosure Request. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the ICANN Registration Data Policy, applicable data protection laws, and MainReg’s contractual obligations.

3. How to Submit a Request

Please send your request via email to our designated contact address:

Requests that do not contain sufficient information may be delayed pending clarification or may be declined.
