Requests that do not contain sufficient information may be delayed pending clarification or may be declined.
MainReg processes Disclosure Requests in accordance with Section 10.5 of the ICANN Registration Data Policy:
Where exceptional circumstances apply, MainReg will inform the requestor accordingly.
MainReg will provide a written decision for each Disclosure Request using the requestor contact details provided in the request. The disclosure decision will be communicated via email and may include a secure one-time, time-limited link to a MainReg system page to view the decision.
Where approved (in full or in part), MainReg will provide the disclosed Registration Data via secure electronic means, such as a secure one-time, time-limited MainReg system link or another secure communication method. MainReg will not disclose data beyond the scope approved in the decision.
MainReg documents the receipt and handling of Disclosure Requests in accordance with its contractual obligations and applicable law.
