1. Definitions

“You” / “Your” means the individual or legal entity applying to register, transfer, or manage a domain name through MainReg Inc.

“We” / “Us” / “Registrar” means MainReg Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, USA, operating under ICANN accreditation.

“Agreement” means this Domain Name Registration Agreement together with all policies incorporated by reference and applicable ICANN requirements.

“Registry Operator” means the entity responsible for operating the registry for a given top-level domain (TLD).

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes binding upon our acceptance of your domain registration or transfer request. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

3. ICANN and Registry Requirements

• MainReg complies with the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and applicable ICANN Consensus Policies.
• You agree to comply with applicable Registry Operator rules and requirements for each TLD.
• Policies may change from time to time; continued use signifies acceptance.

4. Registrant Data and Accuracy

1. Required data. You must provide accurate, current, and complete contact information for the Registered Name Holder and relevant contacts, as well as nameserver information.
2. Updates. You must correct and update your data within 7 calendar days of any change and respond to accuracy or verification inquiries within 15 calendar days.
3. Processing and disclosure. Registration data is processed per our Privacy Policy and may be shared with the applicable Registry Operator and ICANN and disclosed as required by policy or law.
4. Verification. We may verify your email or telephone at initial registration or transfer and may suspend a domain if verification is not successfully completed within applicable policy timelines.

5. Service Term, Renewal, Expiration, Deletion, and Redemption

Domains renew on a yearly basis unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring timely renewal and maintaining valid contact information.

Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP). MainReg’s expiration, renewal notice, auction (where applicable), deletion, redemption, and restoration practices are governed by our Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP), available at:

The ERRP (as updated from time to time) is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the ERRP sets out, among other items:

• the timing and methods used to deliver pre-expiration and post-expiration renewal notices,
• the period during which renewal may be available after expiration,
• any auction handling rules that may apply after expiration,
• the expected timing for deletion of a non-renewed domain name relative to its expiration date, and
• the availability, timing, and applicable fee(s) for restoration during the Redemption Grace Period (if applicable), and the point at which restoration is no longer possible.

7. Use of the Domain

You must comply with applicable laws, ICANN requirements, and registry policies. Domains must not be used for unlawful activity or to facilitate DNS Abuse.

8. DNS Abuse and Abuse Reporting

9. Requests for Disclosure of Non-Public Registration Data

10. Breach, Suspension, and Cancellation

We may suspend, cancel, or transfer a domain for breach of this Agreement, registration data inaccuracy, non-payment, unlawful use, DNS Abuse, or as required by ICANN, the Registry Operator, or a competent authority.

11. Dispute Resolution

You agree to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any applicable dispute procedures (including URS where applicable).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, ICANN, and applicable Registry Operators from third-party claims arising from your registration or use of a domain name, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to applicable ICANN policies and mandatory laws.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with incorporated policies (including our Privacy Policy, Transfer Policy, Abuse Policy, and ERRP page), constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
