“You” / “Your” means the individual or legal entity applying to register, transfer, or manage a domain name through MainReg Inc.
“We” / “Us” / “Registrar” means MainReg Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, USA, operating under ICANN accreditation.
“Agreement” means this Domain Name Registration Agreement together with all policies incorporated by reference and applicable ICANN requirements.
“Registry Operator” means the entity responsible for operating the registry for a given top-level domain (TLD).
This Agreement becomes binding upon our acceptance of your domain registration or transfer request. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Domains renew on a yearly basis unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring timely renewal and maintaining valid contact information.
Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP). MainReg’s expiration, renewal notice, auction (where applicable), deletion, redemption, and restoration practices are governed by our Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP), available at:

The ERRP (as updated from time to time) is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the ERRP sets out, among other items:

You must comply with applicable laws, ICANN requirements, and registry policies. Domains must not be used for unlawful activity or to facilitate DNS Abuse.

We may suspend, cancel, or transfer a domain for breach of this Agreement, registration data inaccuracy, non-payment, unlawful use, DNS Abuse, or as required by ICANN, the Registry Operator, or a competent authority.
You agree to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any applicable dispute procedures (including URS where applicable).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, ICANN, and applicable Registry Operators from third-party claims arising from your registration or use of a domain name, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to applicable ICANN policies and mandatory laws.
This Agreement, together with incorporated policies (including our Privacy Policy, Transfer Policy, Abuse Policy, and ERRP page), constitutes the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
